In this image I see mainly the color forest green. The fog adds a different type of color to, the fog makes it look really light green like if the sun was hitting the trees. The shape of the grass makes it look ongoing like if it doesn't stop, the way the tree that the boy is son makes it look all multi shaped (can’t explain the shape). The shapes remind me how they are all joined together and tangled like a peaceful place yet dangerous. In my perspective this picture reminds me of a fallen down angel that is both dead or horribly injured, the lady reminds me of either the mother or the queen, the two men in the background remind me like if they are terribly worried to see what happened.,
In my opinion the most important principles would be the e shape of the trees. I think this is an important element for the reason that the trees are what this image contains the most. The trees signify peace yet it is also dangerous. The pattern of this image is the trees that are all oval shaped over them the tree that the boy is on reminded me of a snake type figure. The pattern on the floor is constant leaves that are ongoing and never end.
The mood of this painting in my perspective is pain sorrow and death. The reason that I think one of the moods is pain because that was a loved one they just found dead or severally injured. Maybe it wasn't a loved one but they still felt pain for this person. It’s like a human being someone gets hurt they feel sorrow for them and they want to try to help them no matter what the situation is. That is what this painting makes me feel that death happens and people feel sorrow for them; the loved ones feel the pain of losing that one special person that will not come along anymore.
I really do think this artwork is successful because many people can relate to it. They can feel the pain of this. I hope people see what type of artwork this is its really amazing maybe this image isn't what I think but each eye has a different perspective. Some people may think it’s a boy being rescued, others that it’s someone hurt. I thin k this is love and death. The author really put a lot of effort into this painting. It takes a lot for someone to be able to accomplish an image like that because he didn't give up on his job. It might have been hard buy he accomplished it. That is why I think this artwork is successful.
